How to ENTIRELY remove Total Security 360?

It seems that Tlauncher has downloaded a virus to my computer. Ridiculous! Especially during the download process, I unchecked the "Download 360 Total Security" box, but it still got downloaded. The uninstaller only deletes the shortcut of the application, but it keeps running background. The Control Panel Uninstaller runs, but nothing happens. When I try to terminate processes through Task Manager, nothing works. This is the first time I've encountered an application that can bypass Task Manager. It's not even struggling; it does it effortlessly. I even tried to blow up the system with a single command, but the pathetic program didn't even care and just went about its business. I tried to delete the folder through CMD, but I got an "access denied" error. Safe mode, advanced mode, etc., give the same error. I checked my admin rights through CMD, and I got confirmation that I have access to all files. In frustration, I installed Revo again and looked for the program, but it doesn't show up in the list. I tried to delete the "360" folder, and I was even more shocked. On the internet, they claim Revo is a "destructor" or "eraser," but it does nothing. It deletes every folder except the "360" folder and its contents. "msconfig" doesn't matter; nothing changes.

I got curious and checked Windows Defender, and I found something interesting. As far as I can tell, Total Security 360 has integrated itself with Windows Defender. The poor program can't be launched, shut down, or interacted with. I tried stopping all 360-related drivers through CMD, but I got a system-blocked error. I looked for the 360 service through "services.msc," but it wasn’t where it should be. The developers must have anticipated we’d try this and placed it elsewhere under different names. I tried stopping all processes with Windows Recovery Environment and CMD, but nothing worked. I even tried DISKPART, but it still didn’t work. The program can’t even throw an error and just stays there. Even Powershell freezes. In the end, I took full control of the computer through "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" at 100% control, but the file still can’t be deleted.

I’ve tried listing and disabling running services, taking file permissions and deleting the folder, terminating processes with Task Manager alternatives, deleting through WinRE (Recovery Environment) and Command Prompt, removing 360 Total Security's core drivers, changing boot settings, manually deleting core drivers, interfering in Windows Setup Environment with Safe Mode, and disabling System Protection settings temporarily...

....

Open Settings (Windows key + I), click on "Update & Security." Go to the "Recovery" section on the left and click on "Advanced Startup." When the computer restarts, you’ll see a blue screen.

Click "Troubleshoot." Then go to "Advanced options." From here, click "Startup Settings." After selecting Restart, press "4." Now you’re in Safe Mode.

Start Revo and locate the folder. Then, with the epic Safe Mode + Revo combo, hit it with a nuke. Total Security 360 will scream and be erased from the surface of the earth. To exit Safe Mode, just restart your computer.
